This was
a huge hit. Even I was amazed at how good this was. You need the pan drippings
when you make homemade gravy, that's what makes it so tasty. I used the pan drippings
from the turkey and the homemade turkey broth I had made the day before. Another
thing that makes gravy so good is the bits that are stuck to the bottom of the
roaster. Unfortunately my roaster is non stick. I put a piece of aluminum foil
on the bottom of the roaster, shiny side up before I put the turkey in the roaster
and got some great baked on bits which I used to help flavor the gravy.
